We all have that fear of being judged by the society or friends. What will people say has become common slang in our lives.
This fear has transformed into disorder named as Social Anxiety. Social Anxiety is the fear of being judged and evaluated leading to feelings of inferiority, self-consciousness, embarrassment and depression.
Social anxiety can cause us to feel like all people are staring and watching at our actions and behavior. In reality, everyone is busy in their own life and no one has the time to look and judge us.
Due to social anxiety we stop talking to others because we feel afraid that we will be judged by others.
When we think from others point of view we start to live our lives according to them. We should be free from all mental boundation and live our life the way we want.
Being judged is common problem that we face in real life but don’t let it grow into a disorder. Social anxiety is that phobia that stops you from doing things that you can do. Whether you are right or wrong don’t be afraid from anyone.
